About Saigon Alley
Saigon Alley is a food truck that was started by Rachel Conn in the summer of 2017. Rachel decided to create a menu based on Southeast Asian cuisine because she loves the flavors and combinations of fresh ingredients and aromatics. It is our belief that even though we are in Montana, we have access to many of the fresh, local ingredients that make these recipes beautiful. We have tried to stay true to traditional recipes, while still using local ingredients and having a little of our own fun along the way.
We do reserve the right to cook whatever we feel like at the moment...
Our Local Producers:
Glory Farms- basil, lettuce, swiss chard (during the summer)
Ginger Roots Pastured Pork
Lifeline Farms- Beef Burger
Milford Colony- Chicken
Strike Farm- Carrots
The Egg Man- Eggs
Garden City Fungi- Mushrooms
Western Montana Growers Coop- Kale
Members of our Team:
WE ARE SO THANKFUL FOR OUR AWESOME STAFF!
Melanie Veloria- originally from the Bay Area, Mel joined our team shortly after her arrival in Helena in 2018. She brings a warm spirit, infectious laugh, and great worth ethic to our small team. She is an amazing cook, multitasked extraordinaire and you can find her behind the helm of the grill as well as at the wheel of the "blue beluga."

"I am still thinking about the vegetarian red curry and veggie roll. I encountered the truck after a tour of the state capital this summer. I can't wait to have more of this great food.

I live over an hour away, and I am happy to make the drive-pretty regularly- to Saigon Alley! The food is unique and has incredible flavorful. Having eaten damn near everything on the menu, my favorites are the beef satay, pho, and banh mi. So happy to have a really delicious and reasonably priced place to eat & bring out of town guests!
